Your order cannot be modified or edited after the payment is confirmed and finalized.
E-mail confirmations
You will receive a confirmation by email of our receipt of your pre-order or order. Your pre-order, order, and e-mail confirmation do not constitute acceptance of an order, contract of sale. or confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. Until your order is shipped we reserve the right to cancel it at any time if it comes to our attention that any information you have provided is false, to limit the order quantity and/or refuse service or order fulfillment to any customer, to discontinue any product or service, to bar any user from completing the purchase of any product or service or for any reason on a case by case basis, or to limit or impose conditions on any coupon, coupon code, promotional code, discount program or promotion.
Shipping Procedures
Your order will be shipped to the address you designated as long as that address complies with the shipping restrictions on the site. We may use fulfillment partners and always use third party carriers for shipping pursuant to shipment contracts. Accordingly, title and risk of loss for products purchased from the site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Order at any time before a shipping confirmation has been sent by calling customer service at (978) 868-5011.
Free Shipping on all orders over $100
Free shipping applies to orders in the contiguous US only. $50 shipping charge is applied to Alaska and Puerto Rico orders. Additional handling time may be required to ship to these regions.
