We were surprised and thrilled to be featured on FOX News in June as a non-lethal alternative for self defense emergencies. The coverage came at a complete surprise and we only learned about it on the day of the broadcast. Since then, we have experienced an unprecedented surge in demand for our products that we were frankly, unprepared for. To put things into perspective, we were projecting to sell 2,000 Byrna HDs in June but in just one week we received more than 13,000 orders! At Byrna, our mission is simple - to save lives. We believe our technology has the potential to transform self-defense and we are excited to welcome you to #ByrnaNation.
We are ramping up production and hope to ship all orders by the end of August. See the chart below to track your estimated ship-date based off your order number.

We’re honored to have you as a customer and we are ramping up our production to meet the increased demand that we are now seeing. Here’s our plan:
Expanding Production: We’re working to expand our production capabilities by five times. This includes hiring dozens of new employees at our Fort Wayne, Indiana facility and taking an additional 10,000 square feet of space.
Expediting Shipping: During the pandemic, the transportation of parts and materials has been slow. We’re chartering an 8-ton cargo jet to get orders from our factory to your door as quickly as possible.
We’re committed to keeping our customers informed throughout the production process. You will receive regular email updates from our team. We will also send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have any additional questions, you can always reach our customer support team by email
Yes, if your order is still in-progress, you can make changes to it. Just email email@example.com or call our customer support line at 978.868.5011 and we can assist you. We are doing everything possible to get you your orders as quickly as possible. If you feel that you cannot wait and you want to cancel your order, we certainly understand. Contact our customer service team and we will cancel your order and provide you with a full refund. If you choose to cancel, please understand that you will lose your spot in line and that orders will be filled on a first come first served basis.
Prior to shipping, you can track the estimated ship date by viewing the chart above under When Will My Order Ship?. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with the carrier information and tracking number for you to track your shipment.
All orders are immediately charged and processed when an order is placed on our website. If you need to edit an order, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. You can cancel your order any time prior to shipment. Please note that once an order has shipped, the order is no longer editable or cancelable.
Unfortunately, we cannot expedite shipments at this time due to extremely high order volumes. We are filling orders in the sequence in which orders were received. Canceling and then re-ordering will reset your position in the queue.
Once you have received tracking details indicating your order has shipped, it is always most efficient to contact the carrier directly with delivery questions. If you have not received tracking details, then it is likely your item has not shipped, and we will provide tracking information as soon as it is available. If you still have questions regarding tracking or delivery, please do not hesitate to contact Byrna customer service.
Often times items from an order will ship separately if one or more of the items is out of stock. Please check the packing list in your shipment and your order status page. We will provide tracking details for each item as they become available. Contact Byrna customer service with any questions regarding missing items or other order concerns.
As of June 25, 2020, orders placed from today onwards will be ready to ship out after September 5, 2020.
