As the global business and regulatory environments continue to change due to the COVID-19 pandemic we continue our efforts to provide access to valuable self-defense products. In order to protect our employees, we will continue our compliance with applicable state and local mandates at each of our facilities. During this time it is important for customers to know what to expect.

• Online and Dealer orders will continue to be accepted and filled in the order they are received (based on product availability).
• Continued fulfillment may be impacted by applicable restrictions that are beyond our control.
• We have temporarily suspended attendance at all tradeshows and in-person sales calls.
• Phone support continues to be available, however, response times may vary as staff are working remotely.
