Why December 22?
Orders placed after December 22 will generally have delivery dates that make the standard 14-day return period extend beyond January 5. In those cases, the regular policy already provides a longer return window than the holiday extension.
Examples:
If you received your order on December 28, your standard 14-day return period would end on January 11, which is later than January 5—so you’d have until January 11 to return it.
On the other hand, if your order was delivered on November 26, your normal return period would end on December 10, but the holiday extension gives you extra time until January 5.

Byrna® launchers, Byrna Shields™, Byrna Banshees™ and Byrna launcher accessories and projectiles that are damaged or defective when received will be replaced at no charge to the customer provided that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested within ten (10) days of receipt and the product is shipped within five (5) days of the RMA issuance.
*This policy provides for replacement of goods that arrive damaged or defective upon inspection with new products at no cost to the customer. Defects or operational issues that arise after this period will be repaired in accordance with our standard limited factory warranty.
We understand that from time to time a customer has a change of heart after placing an order. Any order cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full. Returns of shipped products are accepted if Byrna is notified within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new and unused condition. All “change of heart” returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% which will cover shipping and handling costs.

Prior to making any return you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number should be clearly written on the outside shipping carton.
